             Please advise us if you are clinically vulnerable/high risk from Covid 19. Do not attend if you or members of your household have               confirmed diagnosis of Covid 19 in the last 10 days or are suffering any associated symptoms which include

High temperature/fever

New continuous cough

Loss or alteration of taste/smell

Diarrhoea

 Please also be aware there may be a need to reschedule your appointment at short notice due to our obligation to prioritize dental emergencies.

  Cotton Dental patients in urgent need please call 01604 763627 during our normal surgery opening hours. If we  are unable to answer

your call  please leave a message including your NAME and TELEPHONE NUMBER somebody from the practice will return your call to arrange appropriate care. For out of hours care and if you do not have a regular dentist please call the NHS 111 service or NHS 111 Online who will instruct you further.
